ABOUT THE BAND
Led by visionary musician Kevin Button, K.A.B has successfully crafted a sound that manifests a fusion of influences ranging from the likes of Biffy Clyro, Steven Wilson, and Metallica, creating one beautiful mess. An ever apprentice, Kevin uses his music to document his thoughts and considerations as he navigates his way through this thing we call life and does so in very aesthetically pleasing ways both on and off the stage.
Debuting with their well-received album, 'Pause/Reflect,' in 2023, K.A.B delves into the tale of a protagonist who finds themselves trapped in a desert of longing, yearning for deeper meaning.
Come 2024, K.A.B successfully released a live rendition of their debut album, taken from their launch gig at the Arches Venue Coventry in December 2023, and continue to tour the local UK live circuit to great response. August 2024 marks the beginning of a new era with the release of their single ‘Wave After Wave’. Told through the sounds of alternative rock riffage, funky grooves, and catchy choruses, we find our protagonist caught in an ocean of endless struggles and addiction, clinging to fragile belief. Desperate for answers and rescue, they cry out, 'Why?' 'Why?' 'Why?' seeking response to their suffering.
What sets K.A.B apart is their ability to resonate with a diverse audience spanning multiple generations. From alternative teens to lifelong Pink Floyd enthusiasts, K.A.B's music strikes a chord with listeners of all ages.
